The Section will perform the following activities; Prepare law review implementation programmes; Identify laws with anomalies or any other defects and recommend ways of remedying; Undertake codification and simplification; Review and analyze Hansard, Bills and Acts collected from the National Assembly for purposes of reform; Provide legal assistance to MDAs on reviewing their laws; Review Government implementation of Commission's reports submitted to the Minister; Liaise on — going legal reform programmes to Commission's review
