Objective To provide expertise on Law Research to the Commission This Division will perform the following activities: - To oversee Research implementation plan and budget; To supervise preparation of concept papers and discussion papers; To conduct pre-field research and field research; To convene stakeholders' workshop; To prepare final report for submission to the Minister; To identify and analyze legal reports prepared by other agencies; To advise MDAs on matters that require legal assistance on research matters;
