Objective
To provide expertise on, administration, human resource management, financial management, planning, monitoring and evaluation.
This Division will perform the following functions: -
To interpret Public Service Regulations; Standing Orders and other Labour laws;
To oversee the implementation of ethics and value promotion activities including corruption prevention education;
To administer and oversee implementation of activities such as recruitment, selection, orientation, training and employee development, promotion, discipline, retention, motivation, performance management and general staff welfare;
To provide advice and services on general human resource management and administration, planning and finance;
To prepare internal policies, strategies, guidelines and regulations pertaining to human resource management, planning, and financial matters and ensure adherence;
o establish and maintain internal control systems and ensure compliance with Commission's policies, regulations and procedures on human resource management and administration, finance and accounts and planning and budgets;
To prepare and implement plans, strategies, programs and projects and mobilise resouFces;
To manage human, financial and other resources;
To ensure compliance of ethics and manage complaints and conflicts at work place;
To provide utilities and other support and facilitative services for the Authority to perform and realise its objectives;
To prepare and implement strategies to improve performance and business/work processes of the Authority;
The Division will be led by a Director and will have three (3) Sections as follows: -
Human Resource Management and Administration Section
Finance and Accounts Section; and
Planning and Coordination Section.
